Wendy's burger?

It happened to me when I was at “McDonald’s” ordering my meal, I saw the attendant wore a name badge and her name is “Wendy”.

I was thinking about this in my mind. May I ask her whether she is selling "McDonald’s" burger, or "Wendy’s" burger? By the way, may I also ask her “where is the beef”?
