傍晚的這個時候，遊客比較少，我也才有機會好好享受夕陽的餘暉。

Low Carbohydrate, High Fat (LCHF) 目前心得

開始這個飲食方式之前，我的腰圍是42吋的褲子有點緊。經過將近一個月的今天，38吋的褲子已經有點鬆了。

Low Carbohydrate是主要的重點。只要碳水化合物的攝取量，壓低到合理的量，就已經有減肥的效果了。至於是不是需要高油脂，就看口味的偏好。高油脂的主要好處在於增加持續的飽足感。

這段時間，為了依照LCHF的原則，要吃任何東西之前，我都會先試著去「估計」即將要吃下去的食物，包含多少份量的碳水化合物。如果能避開不吃，就避開；如果前一餐吃太多碳水化合物，後面的餐就減少。

我強調「估計」是因為不需要太準確，用常識判斷就夠了。例如米飯，麵食，馬鈴薯，汽水，奶茶，酒類等等，不需要精算，避開就對了。

我發現，我開始用心確認吃下去的食物的這個習慣，對於減重本身，也有間接的幫助。以往沒有用大腦去思考，吃下眼前這食物的後果，經常就會在休閒時間，喝下過多的含糖飲料。

我也發現我吃「起司」不會腹瀉，同時起司完全是LCHF，因此，任何時間覺得肚子餓，但是不能吃碳水化合物的時候，起司是很適合我的代餐。

走路也能遇到三寶？

我剛才正要邁步登上捷運車廂的時候，一位年紀比我年長不少的「阿伯」，不知為何，走路一直盯著他的左方看，但是身體卻是往我這裡衝來。

一般這種情境，我乾脆先站著不動，確認對方要往哪裡走，我再往另一邊閃開。

事實上，我站在門口兩側的等待區。如果是我自己的習慣，我都是直直地往前出門下車，我也怕我會撞到兩側準備上車的乘客。

但是，這位阿伯的速度完全沒有放慢，眼睛和臉還是朝他左方看，瞬間距離越來越近，就要撞上我了。

這時候我出聲了，我「喂」一聲。沒想到，接下來發生的事情，就完全超出我所能理解的範圍了。

這位阿伯聽到我的聲音，頭轉過來看著我，但是，速度和表情，還是完全沒有想要慢下來的意思，繼續往我這裡往前走。

當然，沒有任何時間讓我去理解原因，這時候我當然是閃開。於是，沒有發生任何碰撞。

我安全登上車廂以後，回頭看著他，他老人家依舊是用相同的速度，相同的方向，戴著小帽，下巴抬高高，好像什麼事都沒有發生過，繼續往前走。

看著他瀟灑地遠去，我也只能默默的祝福他，下次「撞到」的時候，千萬可別受重傷了！

Are these two music similar enough so one of them should be copying the "idea" from the other one? Let me put them together and compare for yourselves.
