To visit this place, I suggest you to stay in Hualian City in the evening first. Then, you can find day tours in hotels or you can rent a car, or scooter, to get here the next day.

By the way, scooter is my favorite vehicle to enjoy this place!

Hualian City is the nearest downtown with airport and major train station.

It is also a good place for biking. It is around 22 Kilometers of ride from Hualian City to here.
