K-Lite Codec Pack H.264 playback no video problem

A video file in my computer can be played successfully before. After I upgraded existing "K-Lite Codec Pack", only the sound can be played.

I also used the MediaInfo tool check the video file content. The video is encoded in H.264.

I do not know why, but I cured this problem by opening "Codec Tweek Tool" / "Manage preferred DirectShow source filters", then at ".AVI" section change from "Microsoft (default)" to "Haali".

Interesting! Anyone knows why?
